Refunds

Any Pro, Team or Founding purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment, if you have not installed a Pro component with your key, accepted the template repository invitation or downloaded a template. Polar records when a key is used and GitHub records when an invitation is accepted, so there is nothing for you to prove. If you have used any of them, the code is already licensed to you and we refund at our discretion. Ask, and say what went wrong.

A renewal can be refunded in full within 14 days of the renewal charge, with no conditions.

A refunded Founding seat returns to the pool.

Email hello@moonarc.dev from the address on the order. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, usually within five business days.
