Everything published under @moonarc/core is MIT. Use it anywhere, for anything, with no attribution required.

Pro

Every component you install while subscribed stays licensed to you forever, on unlimited sites, your own and your clients'. The subscription pays for the registry, the agent tooling, support and everything that ships next.

• Unlimited sites, personal, commercial and for clients; clients need no license of their own.
• Pro covers one person. Team covers up to 10 people in one company, and anyone on the team may install into any of the company's projects.
• You may modify anything you install.

Founding 200

Pro for one person, paid once, for as long as Moonarc Pro runs, on the same terms as Pro. If it stops running, everything you installed keeps working and stays licensed.

Not allowed

• Redistributing Pro components, sections or the registry as a library, template pack, or competing product.
• Publishing the source of Pro components in a public repository or anywhere else the public can get it.
• Sharing a license key outside the people your plan covers.
• Building a product that lets its own users add these components, such as a site builder, a template marketplace or an AI site generator, without a Builder's License. Email us for one.

Templates

A template is licensed, not MIT. @moonarc/core, installed from npm, keeps its own MIT license; the copies of Moonarc Pro and the template kit delivered in vendor/ are covered by the template license, and files that carry their own (a font with its OFL.txt) keep theirs. The license does not expire.

• Use the template to build sites for yourself and for your clients, personal or commercial. Build unlimited sites: there is no limit on the number of sites, projects or clients.
• Change the source in any way.
• Hand the source to a client for that client's project, so they can run and maintain it. The client needs no license of their own and may use it for that project only, on these same terms.

Not with a template:

• Reselling the template or its source, as it is or modified. Selling a site you built with it is fine.
• Publishing the source, including vendor/, in a public repository or anywhere else the public can get it.
• Distributing the source as a template, theme, starter, kit or library, free or paid.
• Building a product that competes with Moonarc templates or Moonarc Pro.

When you cancel

Everything installed keeps working and stays licensed in every project it is in. Registry access, the Pro MCP tools and new releases stop at the end of the paid year.
